By submitting the intake form and checking the “I agree to the Terms of Service” box, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service for Amplomedia Inc.’s (“Amplomedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) 100 Videos in 100 Days campaign.

1. CAMPAIGN OFFER

What You Get

• First Video: One professional video (30 or 60 seconds based on your selection) produced at no charge in the style you select
• Second Video Option: One additional video in the exact same style and specifications if you’re satisfied with the first

How It Works

1. Submit intake form with your video requirements, selected style, and length (30 or 60 seconds)
2. We create your first video and post it privately on YouTube for review within 48 hours at no cost
3. You have 7 business days to decide:
   • Option A: Keep the first video (free) and pay for a second video in the same style
   • Option B: Decline the video with no payment required

Your Decision Period

You have 7 business days from when we send you the private YouTube link to notify us of your decision. Failure to respond within 7 business days will be considered acceptance (Option A).

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

• First Video: Free (no payment required)
• Second Video: Same price as the video style and length you selected in your intake form
• Payment required to receive final video files for both videos
• All prices in Canadian dollars, taxes additional
• Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card (3% fee applies)

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Information & Materials

• Select your desired video style, length (30 or 60 seconds), and specifications in intake form
• Provide accurate business information in intake form
• Supply brand assets (logos, colors, guidelines) in requested formats
• Respond to clarification requests within 24 hours
• Provide clear messaging and requirements for both videos

Timely Response

• Complete intake form within 24 hours of submission
• Review first video via private YouTube link and make decision within 7 business days
• Respond promptly to any production questions

4. OUR DELIVERY COMMITMENT

• First video posted privately on YouTube for review within 48 hours of complete intake form
• Second video produced and both final files delivered within 48 hours of payment receipt
• Professional quality using AI-enhanced production methods
• Final files provided in web-optimized formats suitable for social media and websites
• Videos delivered in the length you selected (30 or 60 seconds)

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

If You Choose Option A (Satisfied)

• You keep the first video for free and receive its final file
• You pay for the second video and receive its final file
• Both videos will be in the same style and length you selected
• We retain rights to creative elements and source files
• We may use videos in our portfolio and marketing materials
• You receive license to use videos for your business purposes

If You Choose Option B (Not Satisfied)

• No video files are provided to you
• Private YouTube video remains our property
• No usage rights transfer to you
• No payment required

Your Content

• You guarantee you own or have permission to use all materials you provide
• You’re responsible for any copyright or trademark issues with your content

6. CAMPAIGN LIMITATIONS

• Valid only during campaign period (July – October 2025)
• One campaign offer per business/individual
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Standard pricing applies to additional videos beyond the two campaign videos

7. REVISIONS & CHANGES

• One round of reasonable revisions included per video
• Additional revisions charged at $135/hour
• Changes after final approval will incur additional charges
• We’ll provide estimates for any additional work

8. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

• Rush delivery (less than 48 hours)
• On-location filming or custom footage
• Multiple language versions
• Additional formats beyond standard delivery
• Live-action filming with actors

9. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

Our Commitment

• Professional quality production using industry standards
• Delivery within specified timeframes
• Compliance with your reasonable requirements

Liability Limits

• For free video: Our liability limited to reproduction costs only
• For paid video: Our liability limited to amount you paid
• We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption
• Our total liability never exceeds the amount paid under this agreement

10. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

You Can Cancel By:

• Choosing Option B (not satisfied) within 7 business days of receiving YouTube link
• Material breach by us (we’ll work to resolve any issues)

We Can Cancel For:

• Failure to provide required materials
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Material breach of these terms

Upon Cancellation:

• No video files provided
• We return any materials you provided
• No refunds for completed work you’ve accepted

11. PRIVACY & DATA

• We collect only information necessary for video production
• Your information won’t be shared with third parties without permission
• We may use business name and video in our marketing (unless you opt out)
• You can request removal from our marketing materials at any time

12. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

File Delivery

• First video delivered via private YouTube link for review
• Final videos delivered via email or secure file sharing upon payment
• Standard formats: MP4, optimized for web and social media
• You’re responsible for downloading final files within 30 days

Quality Standards

• Professional production quality
• Suitable for business use across digital platforms
• Meets current industry standards for web video

13. COMMUNICATION

• All official communications via email
• Response time: 1 business day for questions
• For urgent matters: Include “URGENT” in subject line
• Changes to terms communicated via email with 7 days notice

14. LEGAL TERMS

Governing Law

These terms governed by laws of Alberta, Canada.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes resolved through Alberta courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement between us.

Changes

We may update terms with notice; continued use means acceptance.

Severability

If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
