What are three things every entrepreneur should know?

As an entrepreneur, I've come to realize that unwavering self-belief is foundational. Secondly, confidence in your ability to manifest your vision, whether it's a revolutionary business concept or a substantial improvement, is also very important. 

Finally, understanding your business's financial metrics, sales strategies, and having the mental resilience to pivot when necessary are things that I truly believe every entrepreneur needs to be capable of before undertaking this sometimes challenging venture. It's about finding the balance between confidence and adaptability.

What problem does your business solve, and who are its customers?

Nedl addresses a persistent challenge in commercial real estate—predicting property transactions before they occur. For brokers, acquisition specialists, and mortgage brokers, Nedl streamlines the prospecting process. 

By using data analytics to foresee upcoming deals, we empower our users to focus their efforts on high-potential opportunities, transforming the way commercial real estate professionals approach their work.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Reflecting on my career, I found that the desire for autonomy and a penchant for challenging the status quo led me to entrepreneurship. 

Initially, I found myself in brokerage, where I saw the limitations of traditional approaches. It was this realization that fueled my journey to create Nedl, harnessing data analytics to bring a forward-looking perspective to an industry accustomed to hindsight.

Knowing what you know now, how would you have spent a million dollars when you first started your business?

Looking back, I would have strategically invested that hypothetical million dollars in refining our sales and marketing strategies. The effectiveness of these aspects is vital to the future of any business. Continuous reinvestment in these sales and marketing strategies ensures a strong foundation for growth and market penetration for your business.

What is your proudest accomplishment as an entrepreneur?

My proudest moment is witnessing Nedl evolve from a mere concept to a tangible solution. Getting to the beta testing phase, securing a spot in the Growth X Accelerator Program, and initiating our fundraising round are all significant milestones for me. The recognition from those intimately familiar with the challenges of commercial real estate adds an extra layer of validation.

What big goals are you looking to achieve?

In the upcoming year, we aim to successfully conclude Nedl’s capital raise, complete the Growth X Accelerator Program, and begin monetizing our meticulously developed solution. 

Onboarding users and expanding into other segments of the real estate industry are part of our broader vision. These goals align with our commitment to revolutionizing how commercial real estate professionals work.
