We’re stoked about your session, and to make sure it runs smoothly we ask that each speaker meets with our Symposium Coordinator, Kristy, for a quick tech check. Appointments are available from November 12 – 22, 2024 and can be booked using the calendar below.

Please note that the tech check typically will only take a few minutes of your time, however, we have dedicated 30 minutes to this meeting just in case any issues need to be addressed during your meeting.
