What are three things every entrepreneur should know?

First and foremost, it's all about the people. Employees, strategic partners, and customers matter immensely. Making wise hires and selecting partners who share a vision for growth are crucial. 

Second, effective communication is key. Whether conveying ideas to investors or customers, clarity is vital, especially in uncharted markets. 

Third, execution is everything. Having systems in place, tracking progress, and ensuring the team can deliver from idea to execution is paramount.

What problem does your business solve, and who are its customers?

Our firm focuses on strategic consulting, serving a diverse clientele from startups to Fortune 500 companies. 

We solve problems by providing unbiased expertise and steering clear of executing the strategies we recommend. The commitment to a fully remote work environment adds a unique aspect to our approach, fostering a balance between industry know-how and a flexible, modern work setting.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

The inspiration to become an entrepreneur stems from a desire to build something meaningful and improve existing processes. 

Grounded in a growth mindset, I find fulfillment in solving challenging problems and continuously learning. This mindset has been the driving force behind my entrepreneurial journey.

Knowing what you know now, how would you have spent a million dollars when you first started your business?

If someone handed me a million dollars when I first started, I would ensure every dollar had a purpose within a well-defined plan. 

Whether it's building a tech product, investing in marketing, or hiring talent, a clear strategy aligned with business goals is crucial. Avoiding investments in functions without a demonstrated need ensures every dollar contributes to tangible outcomes.

What is your proudest accomplishment as an entrepreneur?

I take immense pride in creating job opportunities and fostering a work environment that values work-life balance. Positive client feedback, and acknowledging the indispensable role my firm played in their success, add to my sense of accomplishment.

What big goals are you looking to achieve?

Looking ahead, my goal for 2024 is to increase the visibility and impact of A/B Consulting. Beyond standard growth metrics, the focus is on expanding our reach and solving more complex problems for a wider audience. This aligns with my commitment to delivering strategic solutions that leave a lasting impact.
